Hotel is spacious with good parking space and view is also good. But hotel service is very much slow and also they dont accept credit cards too.

Facility excellent .. Staff behaviour good.our experience great. All over facilities wonderfull. Like it

First of all don't treat people by their selection of room type. We booked a room while we were riding towards narkanda. Property was located near nh. When we asked the reception to give us some decent room as property was empty ( 20/30 rooms ) they give us baddest room they have tv was not working they fixed partially flash hand jet was missing shower was leaked throwing water all over the bathroom we asked to change the room they said no. We asked water bottles 3 they said ek hi milega we asked extra blankets they said apka room plan mai intna hi milega. After repeat request they gave uss. Switch board was not working. Please treat all your guest equally. .

There was a clear lack of basic hospitality standards, which significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience. Instances of rude and dismissive communication were frequent, leaving us feeling unwelcome. 2.Rude and Aggressive Behavior by the Managing Director: The Managing Director’s demeanor was shockingly rude and aggressive. As a guest, I expect respect and professionalism from all levels of staff, especially senior management. Instead, we were met with hostility and a lack of regard for our concerns, which is unacceptable in any service industry. 3.Physical Intimidation and Threats: The most distressing part of our stay was when members of your team confronted us in a threatening manner. This escalated to a point where we genuinely feared for our safety. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also legally and ethically unacceptable. No guest should ever feel physically threatened during their stay. 4.The experience of the hotel is worst. Service was not upto mark they are very slow and not responding ,And finally come to the food, very low quality and the quantity was very less and the rates like 5 Star hotel. Very very costly food and taste like hell. So if I suggest someone or someone who is planning to stay here please read my review and think because I'm surely not recommend this hotel for stay. So don't go or waste your money for this stay.
