I booked two drlux room 205 and 206 and paid time of booking but room number 206 is not delux room no chair table in the room but room number 205 is delux and also when I cheking at reception does not find two room booking they did not find room booking name of suddhachitta roy I showed them ******* printing recipt all paid two room and they take photo of recipt I never face this type of trouble any hotel when booled hotel by *******

We visited Queen Himya resort in 3rd Week of July , stayed for 2 days and had a wonderful time. • The location is beautiful , rooms are big and the linen was nice & clean. • Big parking space. • The staff was extremely good and polite . Thanks to Vinod ji (Househeeping Supervisor) and Amit ji ( GM DLS Amenities) , because of whom our stay in Queen Himya was very pleasant. There was an office gathering/workshop during our stay but Vinod ji took special care of our family’s breakfast / lunch & dinner which made our stay very pleasant. Special THANKS to VINOD ji & AMIT ji from our family for their hospitality .

Great hospitality provided by The General Manager (Mr. Amit Chandel) and hospitality sever (Mr.Vinod Thakur). The property was great and the food was amazing. Perfect accommodation just in the middle of mountains . Great way to reconnect with the nature !

Very good Room is very neat and clean Vinod sir is very polite from house keeping and nice place for visiting But food quality is not good and Shimla distance his 22 km and food quality is very poor and weather is good and we are staying with family
