Enjoyed every second. We spent several hours in the Happy Hub enjoying the dance, games and the vibrant atmosphere set by the hosts. Helped us relax after a full day of work. Thanks Puja!

Very comfortable stay. Hotel has very lovely ambience and the main attraction is the scenic beauty of mountains and the forest . A light stroll geives a sense of calm and serene even if you are without company. Rooms are clean and meets the expectations. Staff are very helpful and very polite. The activity staff is very energetic and tries to keep the guests busy , special mention to Miss Pooja for her extra level of energy ***** with the supporting staff Miss Komal. The efforts of Miss Pooja is commendable in pulling the crowd with her mesmerising nati dance and bollywood dance and making families play games and engaging them in activities in support with Miss Komal. Other staff in the activity area are also helpful specially if you have small kids in the gaming zone. We didn’t experience the food here but from our previous experiences with Club Mahindra as their members it always had been meeting our expectations. Just a low side we found was the non availability of open ground kids play area for small kids apart from indoor activities since kids wants to run around in open . Cant hold them long inside if you are giving yourself a relaxed day on a rainy day or not planning a tour outside . Overall awsome experience and one of the places on the bucket list for vacation .

The experience was good overall since location of hotel is really good. The housekeeping staff (kewal) was helpful, polite and solved most of our concerns. However, the main problem was their restaurant. Terrible food, terrible mannerisms and they don't understand the order. Twice it happened that I ordered that tandoori roti be without butter but butter was applied. Jeet accepted his mistake. Further their holiday advisor abhishek was great! 💯 However, their reception team needs improvement.
