Pu’er and the Purr of Stillness” 🌿 At Yi Inn, time steeps slowly. The owner offers Pu’er with both hands, the aroma deep as the forest outside — earthy, eternal. Beside me, a cat curls like calligraphy, her purr a soft percussion to the quiet. The tea warms my hands. The purr warms the silence.

Very nice hotel with quality in all, furniture decoration and nice famous restaurants! Just at 2 min from the entrance of Stone Forest by Didi driver. Highly recommend!

The home stay is very lovely and decorated with many interesting antiques! The people are very kind! When we arrived the room was pretty cold but the personal brought us an oil radiator so that we had an additional heating. The associated restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and many local specialties are served! Absolutely worth to try out!

Best thing is the location. Maybe off-season remark: Staff is not present, you have to call, be careful to eat early as almost every restaurant close after the stone forest park closes.

Highly recommended. Original style, beautiful garden and good restaurant. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is quite basic (2 buns, fruit and noodles), no coffee . In the room there are few tea options. Less than 2 km from the stone forest.

Amazing location for those who look for a quiet, well-located and EXTREMELY beautiful place. The personnel is really nice and helpful and there’s a restaurant just behind the hotel! Strongly recommend you to try a plate with tofu! one of the most bright impressions of Shilin. I think I liked the hotel even more than the stone forest itself😂And! national clothes to try on for free in every room (for insta lovers)! 5 out of 5 at my taste!

This inn and restaurant is so beautifully decorated. The artistry in the stone walls, walkways, plants, and cultural pieces is done tastefully and elegantly. We were very pleased with our one night stay after walking the Stone Forest for the day. It was a perfect days end and I suggest staying rather than boarding the bus. We walked the 1.8 km from the park ticket booth and bus area to this venue - easy to find (except that the pin on the map on Trip.com shows it on the opposite side of the road. Nevertheless, it was very easy to find from the pictures on the site by looking across the street.) We took the bus to Shilin and back to East Coach Station - super easy - 43 RMB each.

This inn seems to have few people staying there. I arrived at around 8pm and was brought in by the gatekeeper. I waited for a long time before someone came to the front desk. Only two rooms were opened in the entire inn. The bathroom had no door, the wooden floor was creaking, and the sanitary napkin basket for dirty clothes was also dirty.
