Good reception service !

The hotel facilities are clean and the staff are very polite. They knew that we did not understand Japanese and tried their best to assist us. I felt that the staff were dedicated to hospitality. The room is comfortable and the bathing environment is clean and hygienic The hotel is highly recommended to stay in

We used this hotel on short notice due to evacuating from a cold wave. We've heard of welcome drinks often, but this was the first time we've seen all-you-can-drink soft drinks and alcohol. You can drink as much as you like from 6pm to 9pm. We can see why some people come just for this. The breakfast is small, but the food is beautiful and we were very satisfied. The service was friendly, and there was a carpet in the room with a message saying "Please get a good night's sleep." We were told that security was also perfect. I don't like the fact that the baths are on a shift basis, but it was nice and clean.

員工十分友善、有耐性及主動提供協助，房間偏小但設施齊備及精緻，早餐非常美味，每晚黃昏時段更有免費飲品提供，十分貼心。酒店附近有機場巴士直達，但如果不是自駕遊的話，最好預先規劃交通安排，因為酒店距離鐵路站較遠。

這間酒店包早餐也有溫泉可浸但只有一個安全房男和女要分時段進入早餐選擇還算到停車場的位置還算足夠值得推介

孫のテニスの大会で一泊しました。酷暑で次の日の水筒に入れる氷も快く頂き、大変感謝しています。 朝食もおいしかったです。 天然温泉はほぼ男性の時間で、利用は出来ませんでした。 また利用させて頂きたいです^_^
