We had a wonderful stay at the hotel very clean and wonderful helpful staff at front desk and breakfast was amazing thank you for the hospitality we shall be back again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in the beautiful city of Shijiazhuang for three nights, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the outstanding service throughout my stay. The hotel itself is stunning, modern, clean, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and luxury. But what truly made my stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone I encountered was kind, courteous, and eager to help. A special thanks to Vivian, the staff member who attended to me during my stay. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her attentiveness truly stood out and made a lasting impression. I highly recommend Intercontinental Hotel Shijiazhuang to anyone visiting the city. It’s a perfect blend of elegance and genuine hospitality.

The hotel is near Wanda, and it's great for shopping. After arriving at the hotel, Bliss arranged an upgrade for me, and the check-in experience was super great.

I have always stayed at Intercontinental R&F Shijiazhuang, and the experience is very good. The butler Vicky service is in place.

The hotel stayed very well.Breakfast is also delicious, and there are many kinds.Vicky is very considerate.Worth choosing.

It was my first time at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang. When checking in, I had to wait for a room. The duty manager Bliss, offered a compensation measure, which made the entire check-in process full of pleasant surprises.

A lil bit old but in a very good condition, big room and above all very plentiful breakfast. great service form Freda. Next time in town, i ll be back.

Vivian 很nice

A very pleasant weekend stay on my journey home to Hangzhou. The room was outstanding, clean and aired. The view of the golf course from the 19th floor was a welcome surprise too!  The staff were extremely attentive and helpful and spoke good English, which meant I didn’t need to call on my basic Chinese skills 🤭.  Then breakfast was a good variety of choices.  The location was excellent for shopping and restaurants, and a short walk away from a quite large municipal park with boating lake. Upon checking out the young man on the desk braved the heat (38C) to run to the roadside and flag down a taxi for me!  Overall a lovely relaxed weekend. I highly recommend the Intercontinental Hotel and I shall be returning, hopefully with my family!

Hotels in good shape, but many of the men oddities for western travelers are gone and no longer restocked.

Great service from Vivian Chen at the front desk. She saw that we had arrived one day late because of a missed connection and promptly offered us a complimentary breakfast to make up for the unfortunate circumstances.

I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. Bliss quickly arranged my check-in. The experience was excellent and I will definitely come back.

The check-in experience was good and the breakfast was delicious.The butler Vicky service is also very good.

Vicky's service was amazing! She took great care of us from check-in to check-out, helped arrange our itinerary, extended our check-out time, and even prepared a little surprise. She deserves a thumbs up! We'll definitely look for her again next time we come.
