初到酒店，門僮主動幫忙搬運行李，從前台辦理入住時，工作人員笑容親切，耐心介紹設施與服務，整個流程高效流暢。走進客房，空間佈局合理且採光極佳，原木色傢俱搭配暖黃燈光，温馨感撲面而來。床品柔軟蓬鬆，床墊軟硬適中，一夜酣睡後徹底消除了旅途疲憊；衞浴區乾濕分離，智能馬桶、品牌洗護用品一應俱全，大瓶裝的沐浴露和洗髮水既環保又方便，連吹風機都是知名品牌，風力強勁不傷發。
酒店的配套設施堪稱驚喜。24小時開放的健身房器械嶄新齊全，跑步機視野直麪城市景觀；頂層的無邊泳池更是驚艷，白天能享受陽光與碧波，夜晚燈光亮起，倒映着星空，隨手一拍都是大片。早餐區域更是種類豐富，中式的現煮餛飩、油條豆漿，西式的麪包火腿、現磨咖啡，還有本地特色小吃，每天變着花樣滿足味蕾。
