初到酒店，門僮主動幫忙搬運行李，從前台辦理入住時，工作人員笑容親切，耐心介紹設施與服務，整個流程高效流暢。走進客房，空間佈局合理且採光極佳，原木色傢俱搭配暖黃燈光，温馨感撲面而來。床品柔軟蓬鬆，床墊軟硬適中，一夜酣睡後徹底消除了旅途疲憊；衞浴區乾濕分離，智能馬桶、品牌洗護用品一應俱全，大瓶裝的沐浴露和洗髮水既環保又方便，連吹風機都是知名品牌，風力強勁不傷發。
