"Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay."

"Pros: The location is excellent, with a lively area right outside. There's a pedestrian street downstairs, and MixC City is just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping.
The building has an underground parking lot. While it can get busy, finding a parking spot is relatively easy. The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient.
There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show.
The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals.
The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed.
Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold.
Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended.
I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders."

Dedicated VIP lounge service is also provided to relieve travel fatigue. There are also fruits for free. Breakfast has many varieties and tastes good.
Hygiene: Excellent, there are free disposable toilet pads, and the towels are also very clean and odor-free. The room was also clean.
Environment: Very quiet, conducive to sleep

I was deeply impressed by the room I stayed in this time.
The overall layout of the room is warm and comfortable, the decoration style is simple yet elegant, and the quality is reflected in the details. The bed was clean and soft, and the pillow was just the right height and hardness, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The furniture is arranged reasonably and the space is fully utilized, without any sense of crampedness.
The bathroom is clean and odor-free, the shower head flows water smoothly, the water temperature is easy to adjust, and the toiletries are of high quality and have a pleasant scent.
The room is fully equipped, the air conditioning has good cooling and heating effects, there are rich TV programs, and the network connection is stable and fast, which meets my entertainment and work needs in my spare time.

"Everything is very good, especially the hotel environment is very beautiful, and they also organized study tours. I encountered several lawn weddings, and the holiday was wonderful. There were wedding banquets every day during the holiday, and guests could only choose to eat at the buffet. There were only a few tables in the cafe where you could order food, and the remaining half of the tables were empty, saying that you could not eat at them, so you had to eat at the buffet. But you can't eat at the buffet all the time during your stay. I hope this aspect can be more flexible."
