"Waited quite awhile for the free airport shuttle but I guess for safety reasons I'll rather wait than take Didi at night since my flight landed at 2am. Basic amenities all ok, Aircon was cold and strong too. Just saw some dirt here and there but still bearable as this is not your high class hotel. Breakfast has the basics as well only. Bed and pillows are comfortable."

Llulu8482What a pleasant surprise! This hidden gem of a hotel is definitely worth revisiting. Its location is excellent, right next to a subway station and very close to Huaqiangbei Electronic World. As soon as you step into the lobby, the warm yellow lighting and minimalist decor, without excessive luxury, create a simple yet stylish atmosphere that instantly washes away the fatigue of travel.
The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional. Check-in was incredibly fast, and they even proactively recommended some local hidden gems and must-try restaurants nearby. Our twin room was exceptionally spacious, with soft and clean beds that felt like sleeping on clouds. The room was well-equipped, with efficient air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and excellent water pressure in the en-suite bathroom – a hot shower was pure bliss. The most pleasant surprise was the room's soundproofing, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep.
The hotel's breakfast buffet was dazzlingly diverse, offering everything from Chinese steamed buns, congee, and fried dough sticks to Western bread, salads, coffee, and a variety of fresh fruits and hot dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were outstanding, making every bite incredibly satisfying. When checking out, the staff thoughtfully asked about our stay and even presented us with a small gift. This hotel truly offers exceptional value for money and thoughtful service. I highly recommend this hidden gem to every traveler. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

This five-star hotel, located not far from Shenzhen Airport, is arguably the best five-star option. Breakfast is very extensive and served on the second floor (buffet from 6:30-10:30). You can get freshly cooked noodles with soup, and there's a good selection of both Chinese and Western options, along with various hot and cold beverages. The food tasted pretty good; I opted for the beef brisket noodles, a regular choice at hotels, and it didn't disappoint – truly befitting a five-star hotel.
💰️ Cost: Approximately 600 RMB/night (including breakfast) for a Deluxe Twin Room.
🧹 Environment/Service: 1. Lighting: Plenty of natural light during the day, but the windows definitely need a clean – they're too dirty for a five-star establishment. At night, there are many ambient lights indoors, which is less ideal for business travelers. 2. Space: The room is about 50 square meters, offering good space with a desk and a sofa. The bathtub was surprisingly large. 3. Noise: Good sound insulation. Although it's next to a road, you can barely hear any noise. 4. Hygiene: The room, though showing some age, was tidied up very neatly. 5. Security: The door can be deadbolted but lacks an additional security latch. It automatically locks when closed. 6. Service: As a five-star hotel, the service was very warm and attentive.

__WeChat43143****As a loyal Marriott fan, my girlfriend and I were once again pleasantly surprised by our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an! The hotel specially upgraded us to a room with a terrace, where we could sit in wicker chairs and stargaze at night, and they even provided a telescope free of charge. For breakfast, we could customize our waffles with a choice of fruits and cream, which my girlfriend absolutely loved. The hotel is very close to Shenzhen Bay Park, so we could walk to the seaside. When we returned, the staff proactively offered us ice-cold lemonade and towels. Upon check-out, the hotel gifted us custom couple keychains. These thoughtful details really touched us. We'll definitely be back for our next date!

MM55029****I highly recommend the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort! My friends and I were absolutely blown away by our experience at this hotel during our beach vacation.
The moment we stepped in, we were enveloped by a strong resort vibe. The lobby was spacious and bright, and the gentle sea breeze carried a faint salty scent, instantly washing away the fatigue from our journey. Our ocean-view room had an incredible vista; opening the window revealed the sparkling blue sea and fine sandy beach, with sunlight dancing on the waves – every photo we took looked like it belonged in a magazine.
I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's travel photography service! I was initially debating whether to hire a separate photography studio, but it turns out the hotel offers its own partnered service, which was incredibly easy to book at the front desk. The photographer was very professional; not only did he know all the best spots for great photos around the hotel – from the seaside boardwalk and coconut groves to the European-style building terraces – he was also excellent at guiding our poses, so there was no awkwardness at all. The raw photos looked fantastic, and the retouched versions were incredibly high quality. My WeChat Moments were flooded with people asking for the link!
The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The beach was right downstairs, perfect for stepping onto the sand and enjoying the waves at any time. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, with seafood, desserts, and Chinese breakfast options all tasting delicious. And the staff's service was thoughtful and attentive; they greeted us with smiles throughout and responded quickly to any requests.
Overall, this was a perfect vacation experience, ideal for family trips, romantic getaways, or friends traveling together! The next time I come to Dameisha, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I'm already looking forward to my next round of amazing travel photos!

MM301718****The hotel is beautiful, with very thoughtful decoration and furnishings. The facilities are new and function perfectly. The location is also excellent; rooms on three sides offer sea views, and the remaining side also has an open vista. If you're exploring the Nanshan area, the transportation is convenient.
However, the service doesn't match the quality of the hardware or the price. I won't even mention the minor issues, but there were a few significant problems.
Firstly, we checked in around 10 AM and immediately went out. When we returned in the evening, we were given a room directly facing a construction site. If it hadn't been so late, we definitely would have asked to change rooms. The next day, we realized there were many workers actively constructing, which negatively impacted both our experience and privacy. I believe a hotel of Shangri-La's caliber should only assign such rooms as a last resort and should inform guests when providing the key card.
Secondly, for some reason, there was a long queue to scan cards and enter the breakfast restaurant – something I've never encountered before. Even at nearly 10:30 AM, people were still waiting in line, and the hostess was incredibly agitated and impatient. Overall, the breakfast service was hard to describe; while the spread was plentiful and the food tasted good, the service was lacking.
Thirdly, when I asked for a few disposable bags for dirty laundry, we were told we could only have a maximum of three. I was truly speechless.
Honestly, the overall service gave me a feeling of superficial politeness, coupled with unprofessionalism and an almost 'mean' attitude. If you're looking to take beautiful photos, you might consider staying here, but for anything else, I wouldn't recommend it.

The decor is exquisite and stylish; every corner is worth exploring and perfect for photos – truly a treat for the eyes. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a huge, soft bed. The dry and wet areas in the bathroom are thoughtfully separated, making it very convenient to use. The hotel's hygiene is top-notch; both public areas and rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff are patient in answering questions and respond promptly. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, the location is excellent, and it offers incredible value for money. My stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend it!

LLucius LiewLocation was superb, which is within 5 mins walking distance to Coco park shopping mall, and the metro station was just right in front of the mall. The room was a bit small but the kids loved the bath tub and enjoyed the hotel stay. Bed was comfy and room lighting was adjustable which made it very cozy. The only downside was pillows were flat and shower temperature fluctuates a lot so it was annoying to keep having to adjust the water temperature. Nonetheless it was still an enjoyable stay!

From the moment the reservation was confirmed, a dedicated butler was in touch throughout, proactively confirming our needs and making thoughtful arrangements. For my birthday stay, not only was our room upgraded to a Deluxe Executive Room, but we also received a custom cake and embroidered pillowcases – full of delightful details. Although the room had a classic feel, it was impeccably maintained. The Frederic Malle amenities had a sophisticated scent, and the marble bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The 24-hour room service was incredibly prompt; extra water or pillows were delivered in an instant. The treatments at Yué Spa on the 8th floor were incredibly stress-relieving, with seven spacious treatment suites offering an immersive and relaxing experience. The hotel is a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city, perfectly suited for business trips, family vacations, or romantic getaways. I've already recommended it to all my friends who appreciate quality!

GGuest UserWestin Nanshan is very conveniently located and is connected to a mall. We had booked one night in the Presidential Suite and another night in Family room. To our pleasant surprise, we were offered an upgrade for the second night in the presidential suite. The facilities were top notch, with private massage chair, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi in the suite. The kids had so much fun enjoying the facilities. Other than that, the breakfast spread in the lobby restaurant and the Westin club was also very good. The hotel also had kids activities for new year. It was such a memorable stay, especially for New Year. Would definitely recommend and come back again
