Very good hotel with 5min walking distance to 3 different shopping centers and malls. Free parking. Excellent chinese breakfast

Amazing stay! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Would definitely come back!

Convenient for travel and shopping, near shopping center, clean rooms

The ventilation in the room is quite poor. Our room was stuffy and smell of cigarette smoke. The pros of this hotel is the near location to the metro and is directly opposite to Walmart.

Nice hotel, rooms are clean, staff is friendly, location is convenient with shops, food stalls and malls around. There is even a robot to show you to your room.

The hotel was great! Although we could hear the sounds of construction and cars, I still find them manageable. For people who are more sensitive to the sounds, they provided ear plugs. Opposite has luckin coffee, walmart and few eateries. There’s a small mall nearby as well. It’s only 25 mins ride from the airport.

First time staying after flying to Shenzhen. Our impression: (1) During check-in, the hotel staff kept looking on his monitor and didn't even have one eye contact with us during the whole check-in process. Since no eye contact at all and how do we know he is approaching us. (2) The hotel staff insisted that I change my phone's language preference into Chinese. And I don't really know what the purpose is about this which never happens in other hotels. (3) Although a notice for us that there is construction near the hotel and stayed in the top floor which is 7/F. But the traffic from outside is still quite disturbing in the early morning. Otherwise, the cleanliness is good and household ladies are very nice.

Hotel staff very friendly. The hotel provide perfume, wet tissues, hair clips, cottonwood and etc in the lobby.

very near MRT, room was clean, there's washing machine and dryer for FREE to use.. only drawback was there was construction work opposite when we were staying but didn't affect much as we were out during their construction time..

The hotel is beside the metro station Honglangbei (Line 5). There is a Walmart opposite and convenience store, barber and food stalls nearby. The bed is small for two people despite it is double bed. The corridor has smoke smell and the air con takes a long time to cool down the room.

Was a very comfortable stay. Just next to the MRT. Reception was very friendly and helpful.
