The building and corridor looks shady but nevertheless it’s quite a nice choice for the price

Great room, the team is very welcoming. I recommend. If you use Apple Maps, ask people how to find the hotel, the hotel on the map is 30 meter away that the real location.

Very very noisy area. The room smelled like mold from humidity. It was not very clean and you could hear everything!

Super comfy bed, close to the metro and all at a great price. Front desk were really friendly and cleaners would come while you were out everyday. If I came back to Shenzhen I would choose here everytime.

Good location for those who want to go Hong Kong. The receptionist not so friendly, and the room too broken, ok for just one night stay.

Kaixing Express Hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations. There are many eateries and shops near the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and I really have had a pleasant stay there.

The location only is good but the others are so bad. The two young waitresses are very unkind. Especially, a woman wearing glasses is very unkind. They don't deserve foreigners as guests!! I felt very bad about the unkindness of the two women by staying for four days.
