Stayed here numerous times, recommended if you want something closer to an apartment than a hotel room, service is always good, location is excellent for clubs, shops and livehouses. There was an issue with hot water only being available during certain hours this time but I think this was just temporary.

I stayed here only for 1 night during a visit to see family and the service and apartment was fantastic! Staff was very helpful and the location is the best. Very close to metro station, very close to KKone mall and the apartment was clean and very spacious. I would stay here again for a longer period next time. Thank you

We booked 2 bedroom apartments for 2 nights. The location is very convenient, many things to shop and restaurant. The apartment is clean and the aircon is strong, especially the water pressure is very very good. There are 2 king size beds in the apartment. There is washing and detergent provided too. The staff is helpful and friendly. They are allow there for us. Will stay there again if we come to ShenZhen again.
