Response from Property: 尊敬的客人，您好，很抱歉沒能給您帶來愉快的入住體驗，關於您這邊説的毛巾有顏色，我們這邊的床品毛巾都是一客一換的，都是統一送去高温清洗的哈，關於牆壁這些問題，這邊已經聯繫了師傅上門進行維修，關於煙味的問題，這邊會繼續提醒客人房間裏面不能抽煙的行為，抽煙可以到陽台的那些提醒，房間後面有任何的品質位置都可以第一時間找前台小哥哈，前台小哥都會幫您解決，祝您生活愉快哈
