I absolutely loved my stay. The hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating. And the hotel in general was 100% worth it.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Shenzhen for the first time, and we chose this hotel because it’s close to the university. It turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. The location is very convenient—just about a 10-minute walk from University Town metro station, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The room was really nice, clean, and cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. There was plenty of space for our big suitcases, and the shower had great water pressure. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service from all the staff and the reservations team. We arrived early in the morning, super tired from our flight, and asked if it was possible to check in early (we were fine with an extra charge if needed). The reservations team was incredibly helpful and kindly arranged an early check-in for us. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!
