Regarding the living detail issues you mentioned: the room is equipped with a washing machine and a balcony to enhance convenience, but the 'no carpet' feature did not meet your expectations for a comfortable stay. We have noted this request and will assess whether to add relevant configurations in combination with room positioning, striving to better align with the preferences of different guests. Your feedback about 'finding cockroaches in the bathroom' and the subsequent handling is a serious oversight on our part and entirely does not meet our hygiene standards. We have immediately requested the housekeeping department to carry out a comprehensive deep disinfection of all rooms (especially key areas such as bathrooms and kitchens), while redefining pest control procedures and increasing inspection frequency to ensure that such issues are eradicated from the source. Regarding the situation where staff members repeatedly handled the problem without resolution, we have held the relevant service staff accountable and retrained them on service procedures. We will also establish a 'problem handling closed-loop mechanism' in the future to ensure that guest feedback can be tracked and resolved until guests are satisfied. As for the breakfast issues of having 'few choices' and 'poor quality,' we have immediately reported this to the dining department. Our team is currently reworking the breakfast menu and plans to add a variety of staple foods, side dishes, and beverages while strictly controlling the freshness of ingredients and cooking quality, aiming to provide guests with a richer and tastier breakfast selection.
