Great location near the metro station. Rooms a bit tired, but bedding clean and helpful reception staff.

The hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building (grey colour building). Very close to a metro station with a 2-minute walk (via Exit A). Near the shopping malls (walking distance only). At night, the streets offer many street food stalls, which are so happening. The bed was a bit hard, and the cigarette smell was a bit strong (you may feel uncomfortable if you are not a smoker). The check-in process was easy and fast. Daily room cleaning was provided.

Great location, near Bantian north metro station, opposite the main road has many eatery. The cons is soundproof vey poor can hear people talking in the morning, toilet ventilation are smelly.

Nice, clean and value for money. Got many hawker stalls at night and the area is a wholesale market for clothing.

Take the elevator to the third floor along the path near the wholesale market. Women staying alone should consider this carefully. The doors of unoccupied rooms in the hotel are all open, which is unsafe and anyone can go in and commit adultery. First night: I arrived at the hotel late at night on a business trip. I was too tired to choose and thought I would just make do. I needed to stay for two nights, but the front desk asked me to book another night on other platforms. We arrived at the hotel late and only one room was left which smelled heavily of cigarettes. We were given an upgrade from a 1.5m bed to a 1.8m bed. The next morning before leaving, I told the front desk that they needed to call me in advance to clean the room, and they only went in to clean after I agreed. I didn't answer the hotel's call in the afternoon, so the staff went in directly to clean. According to the staff, they threw away the garbage and made the beds. When I returned to the hotel, there were many black bugs* on the bed. The front desk staff came to the room to take pictures. The quilt was open when I left, and was covered when I came back. When I opened the quilt, there were a lot of bugs inside. Considering it was late and the cleaning staff was on break, we changed to another room. The front desk deliberately changed me to two particularly bad rooms with rotten headboards, saying that there were no other rooms of the type I booked. A bunch of people didn't move into the room and the door was not closed. Finally, at my strong request, the uncle cleaned the room. When cleaning the room, he put my luggage that was on the bed on the floor. He asked me not to put it on the floor and said that there was nothing but * in it, which meant that the uncle had rummaged through my luggage. Disposable items for extended stays were also provided upon strong request from the front desk. The attitude is particularly bad. When staying alone, the size of the bed doesn't matter, as long as it is clean. I didn't ask for the check-out fee, I just wanted an apology for the attitude. The platform came forward to communicate, but the hotel did not apologize. I have been suffering from allergies for a week after moving in, and I wake up every night with itchiness!

The hygiene is poor, there are cockroaches and spiders everywhere, and there is already a smell of cigarettes when entering the hotel

Due to work, I often need to travel to Sakata, so I basically stay in all the large and small hotels here. Later, I chose Penglai Hotel. The hotel is easy to find and parking is available. The overall environment of the hotel is relatively relaxed. The room is clean and tidy, quiet and comfortable, with complete facilities, and the price is relatively affordable and reasonable, so I basically stay at Penglai Hotel every time I come here.
