I've stayed here before, mostly when it was owned by two other establishments. Staff is alw professional, service is alw 5 star. The menu is much better than it was last year, with diverse Chinese and western options; but not cheap.
This time, upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The master suite has a tub, the other bath has a shower. Lovely. But there are a few things that were not supreme. The actual address goes to the residential side, not the short term rental side. The living room wall was not clean, there was trash in the trash cans. No slippers, but still robes.
I like the area and the people so I will still stay here again. Honestly, if I had let them know about the not supreme issues; I feel confident that they would have fixed it. But I was too tired and that is someone else's job.

Excellent stay. Everything was fine, with a perfect location, a comfortable and clean room and a very good service, especially from Tina and Arina, at the reception desk. We'll definitely stay here again, if we come back to Shenzhen.

Found the apartments very conveniently located for the Sea World area of Shenzhen, so plenty options for food and shopping close by. The apartment was of a good standard, comfortable and with plenty space for a family of 3.
The staff were are very friendly and helpful, happy to help you with all queries.
Enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again if returning to Shenzhen.

Great place for a family! The room is spacious and well maintained. It’s a serviced apartment so the room comes with pots, pans, cutlery, and all that you need including the washing machine. We stayed here for 4 nights in room 5203 after returning our apartment as we are relocating elsewhere, and the staff made sure we’re taken care of. I can’t praise the service team enough, from the front desk to the restaurant, as well as the cleaning team. They are excellent and very accommodating. What a great value for money for the service and comfort you receive.

This is my third time staying at the property, whose cleanliness and service has maintained since they changed names. Receptionists Tina and Gina were great, friendly, professional--they helped make my stay pleasant. I also rate the breakfast, which is mostly Chinese style, for the freshness of ingredients and also staff service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff Tina and Arina were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They made check-in smooth and provided great recommendations for local spots. Their warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic visit. In addition, aspecial shoutout to the housekeeping ladies, who kept my room spotless and were always so polite and attentive. Their attention to detail made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

The location was ideal, in that it was not far from major activities new SeaWorld. Amenities at the apartment was very good and appropriate. Cleaniliness inside bedside lamps were a little dirty, but otherwise the apartment was clean.
