Convenient location, near Dongmen Pedestrian Street, easy to travel, near subway, near restaurants, shopping areas, clean room, comfortable bed, strong water flow, friendly staff.

Well located at dongmen area without the noice. Just behind 1234. Breakfast noodles just across the road. Good chain restaurants at the 4th n 5th flr of 1234. Cheap shopping at the underground.

Amy the front desk lady was helpful and very willing to assist our requests. She made our stay here very pleasant. Will look forward to coming to this hotel again.

ZTL hotel location is very convenient. Metro is right at the doorsteps with lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel rooms are very spacious, cozy and beds are very comfortable. Amy at the front desk is very helpful and kind. Amy also went above and beyond recommending great food, massages and shopping areas. Will definitely come back again. Big thanks to Amy who made our stay in Shenzhen a very memorable and enjoyable time.

Very convenient, easy to find nice place renovation done

Goof location at the centre of laojie Metro station. it is just the hotel has strong smoke odor. And the door is not sound proof. You can hear people chit chatting on corridor.

The hotel is strategically located at the back of Dongmen Pedestrian street. There's a lot of eateries nearby even very late at night. It is also beside Laojie MTR Station exit E. Hotel has just been refurbished not long ago, the fittings inside look newer. Worth recommending for Shenzhen first timer stays

Best location, all in walking distance. Train station is right beside this hotel, food outlet is right across the road.

Near to metro station and tourist area

The shower is ,terrible, especially where the curtain and windows inside it is covered with mould. When I left there was a cockcoah hanging on the wall. Quite disappointed with it.

Pros - right in front of Dingmen walking street, train station just below. Some front desk staff were friendly, some not. Has the basic toiletries. Cons - although interior had been renovated, but of low quality carpentry. Hot water is unpredictable. Sound proof is terrible, can hear sounds from 360 of room. Safety is questionable, security guard taps someone up to room floor in e lift without verifying identity. (Could be a regular, but thats not the way) Stayed in this hotel as its the only one that offers 2 bedroom suite in the area.

It was a worth while deal from Trip.Com. We had an enjoyable stay and lots of fun at the place. Highly recommended for all. Thank you.
