Great hotel, very good staff, they are very helpful, both Rhea and Eric gave us a great stay. Rooms are big and clean.

breakfast was disappointing, bedding was too warm even though air conditioning was turned to the lowest temperature, staff was polite and efficient Ai was efficient and cute, overall I would give a rating of 80

Very satisfied with the trip, especially the experience of staying in the hotel can be said to be full marks, the hotel service is excellent. Btw,there is already a Christmas atmosphere in November, which I really like. I remember Jon's excellent service, often seeing her welcoming and warm smile in the lobby, making Christmas not too cold.The hotel has a double parking lot on the ground and underground, and there are many parking spaces, the first choice for self drive travel! The geographical position is superior, the main public transport is very developed, the hotel is about 5 kilometers from the city, but if you drive, it is no problem. I personally live in the hotel has always believed that the new does not live in the old, the hotel is relatively new, so the room facilities are very good, the room space is large, the washstand and the bathroom are separate. Facilities are clean and well maintained - nice size room, nice layout with ample space. Convenient self laundry facility. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. Location was close to malls but definitely a walk to the metro - wished it was closer.

Upon arriving to the hotel, I found it is convenient for business and for pleasure. Nearby is a shopping mall and streets with many restaurants. One could enjoy various food after a hard working day or go for spa treatment. the hotel is very busy with many business clients coming in or leaving. the front desk staffs : 李奧，王雅娟，心如... and some others, do not note down their names. They all are so kind and helpfulful. What I like the most is they are always smiling and ready to assist despite they are very busy. Thanks to all of them for their hard work to make every guests have a comfortable stay.

Good and friendly staff

The stay in this hotel has been a pleasant one. The staff were efficient during the check-in and check-out especially for their staff - Mr. Zhang Wei who is very helpful & courteous to his guests. The breakfast spread can be improved though but overall, i will be happy to recommend this hotel to my family and friends. BTW, if you love to shop in Costco, this hotel is around 10-15 mins by foot.

Not exactly close to SZ North station; it’s about 15 mins car ride away. Walking distance from 龙华天虹 (Rainbow). Room is big n service is great!
