We were upgraded to a suite. Great interior and stunning view of the city. Nice choice if you are looking for a short stay in Shenzhen. Very good service, both check-in by a young lady I do not know the name of and checkout by Miss Kiki

Everything’s go beyond expectation. The team is customer oriented which tries best to fulfil customer request. The Chief Butler, Faust Hong, and the team is perfect! He helped call taxi, recommended nice restaurant, and sent little gifts to our kids which made our stay memorable. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Definitely one of my best experience with the JW Marriott chain. The service and hospitality were impeccable! All of their staff are kind and willing to help, even though their English aren’t that great they still tried their best and it shows! The front desk and Butler are so nice, gave me the best experience! Loved the bar and our room, has aesthetically pleasing vibe! Definitely recommend since the price is much more affordable here compared to elsewhere, and the hospitality only is worth a visit!

Definitely one of the best experiences ever. The reception girl Kiki gave me a free mini bar and room upgrade (although mine was already one of the most decent rooms) Had a wonderful and unforgettable night of stay. I'm already planning to revisit soon

We were truly spoiled by Alice and her team, Tina, Jay, Luna and Jack as our butlers for our anniversary celebration with their impeccable service and most importantly, genuine warmth. On top of the lovely bottle of red wine as a gift, they also gave us a cake and an upgraded room with a jaw-dropping view of Shenzhen. We believe that St. Regis is a beautiful hotel, no matter which one you go to, but it’s the staff that really make the difference - Alice’s attentive attention to detail and eagerness to help us take memorable photos is just wonderful upon an already wonderful experience. They have made it difficult for us to return to other hotels of the same calibre and we believe we will return every time we visit Shenzhen, celebration or otherwise. Many, many thanks, Alice, Tina, Jay, Luna and Jack for making this a stay to cherish and remember always.

5+ star hotel ultra luxury and 10 star staff lead by gm Roland Wang , Cathy Liu (DOR) , Richard Li (executive chef) , Harris Deng (desk mgr ) , and great staff like Alice Chen (asst chief butler ) , Savannah Yu and Herman Hu , etc Roland innovative Champagne Sabrage with saber signature ceremony set st Regis Shenzhen apart from any other ultra luxury hotel brand !! I was in hotel business mgmt so I know what it takes: Roland and his impeccable leadership T.E.A.M. (T=together , E=everyone , A=achieve , M=more ) truly embodies what it means to be ultra luxury hotel brand from top to bottom 10 star service . Shenzhen St Regis and Rosewood Guangzhou are the two ultra luxury hotels that our family prefer over all others . The four seasons and Ritz Carlton are a very distant second .

We enjoyed the spectacular view from our room and the super comfortable room thoroughly.

Amazing hotel woth great facilities and incredible view. The location is a bit further from most attractions but it is easy to grab a Didi around town. The Butler service was impeccable and our Butler Shirley did everything to her power to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!

Oeverall a good hotel with great view but for the price we paid definitely can be better 1). the front desk doesn't speak english. 2). Additional Bed for my child will be RMB 300+ and additional Breakfast will be RMB200++, I was recommended to upgrade to a bigger room with another RMB 300. so i didn't take, just stick to my original booking. 3). the indoor swimming pool, must wear cap! we never brought so need to purchase one cheapest is RMB 39 (you can get one on PDD at RMB3). the Swimming poor is also open to non hotel guest. (there was Swimming Coach to conduct lessons when we were there). 4)hotel interior is ok. Even the 3 star True Go hotel have Smart Toilet Bowl, but this St Regis still a very basic toilet. a bit disappointment. 5) Hotel Bar - music is too loud. No discount for hotel guest. so strange policy. but have 10% discount for Marriot member where you can register for free.

Hotel is a little on the older side but staff are extremely enthusiastic and helpful, especially the assistant chief butler Alice. Extremely high floor view and good sound isolation. Directly connected to local shopping centre so can eat without risk of been rained on. Hotel also has VPN, which makes internet browsing easier and staff are familiar with using Marriott giftcards.

Our weekend stay at the Shenzhen St. Regis hotel was truly delightful. The hotel exudes elegance, featuring a stunning lobby on the 96th floor. The decor is mesmerizing, offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Shenzhen cityscape. The front desk and concierge teams were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed by "Ms Crystal Lieu", who warmly greeted us at check-in. She introduced us to the hotel's surroundings, giving us a better understanding of Shenzhen's picturesque landscape. Crystal personally escorted us to our room, explaining the hotel's amenities with professionalism, warmth, and genuine helpfulness. A big applause to Crystal Lieu who has done a great job! We will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.

Service was top notch. We are very pleased with the service from every staff in St Regis. The view from our room was amazing and we absolutely love it. Breakfast selection is great. We were invited for the champagne tasting at 100th floor but we didn’t manage to go. Next trip!!
