Had an amazing stay at St Regis Shenzhen. The view from the lobby, restaurant, pool and bedroom were equally mesmerising. Impressed by the thoughtful features and facilities. Our St Regis experience started from the moment we alighted from our ride. The butler who received and welcomed us with genuine warmth and sincere smile was Peter. Kudos to Peter for his kind reception and meticulous service that won us over from the start.

Had a really great stay for New Year’s Eve, although beefed up prices for the bar and dinner were rather annoying, and the New Year’s Eve party was a little strange as there wasn’t anywhere to comfortably stand without having to buy bottles of drink for a table, so this was rather frustrating.

This is my 3rd stay in St Regis. I luv the hotel , close to metro and easy access to the hotel. Breakfast is always good thou I don’t eat a lot. The room is good and tidy.

St Regis Hotel Shenzhen is located at the Grand Theatre Station which is a few stops from Lo Wu Station. It’s also on the way to KK Mall so it is extremely convenient to go eating and shopping there. The guest room is very spacious with a good city view. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the water temperature is just perfect. From the swimming pool, there is also bright sunlight shining through the big windows. The only drawback is that there is some cigarette smell in the toilet and I am not sure it’s inherited from the immediate guest before. Overall, I think it is a first class hotel in SZ and it is good value for money to stay there for a short trip.

The hotel feels luxurious and feels above the rest around the region. Among all, It’s hospitality, hotel staff’s professionalism and the view stands out.

The property is gorgeous and love the size and layout of the room. Service: it’s a hit and miss. You get great service if you are with the right staff (eg Crystal from Malaysia and the manager at the breakfast restaurant) but other staff are mostly patchy and doesn’t seem to try to help beyond what they are asked. Not sure if it’s a language issue or others. Bar: definitely not as good as St Regis Macau or Bangkok.

This hotel offers a truly breathtaking experience with stunning views that will take your breath away. The room is very nice and clean. The location is very convenient as well. However, while the views and location are commendable, I found the reception service to be somewhat unorganized. Check-in was not as smooth as I had hoped, with some confusion among staff that led to longer wait times than expected. A more streamlined approach at the front desk would greatly enhance the overall experience. In summary, while the St. Regis Shenzhen excels in its views and location, improvements in reception service would elevate it to an exceptional stay.

Decent room for couples! Large rooms with nice bath tub. Hotel buffet is amazing too!

Amazing hotel, great service from check in to the restaurants. Pool is nice on the 75th floor, Elba restaurant is a must visit!

Her thoughtful gesture of presenting hotel souvenirs for me and my grandson, Jacob, added a personal touch to our experience. The reception area, located on the 96th floor, offers a sophisticated ambiance complemented by breathtaking 360-degree views of the city skyline. Guests are warmly welcomed with an exquisite reception, including a complimentary Champagne service beginning at 6:30 PM—an elegant touch that enhances the overall experience for house guests. The hotel’s bar not only boasts stunning panoramic views of the city but also provides exceptional service, ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. The guest rooms are beautifully designed, exuding spaciousness while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere—perfect for relaxation after a busy day.
