JI Hotel (Shenzhen Nanshan Guimiao Road) Reviews

Location of the hotel is actually pretty good. Lots of restaurants nearby but the traffic right infront of the hotel is horrendous. The room is supposed to be a non-smoking room, but there was a very strong cigarette smell the minute we walked in. Didn’t change room as there was nothing left, unless we were willing to change the next day. Requested for a high floor and away from lift room but we were given a lv2 room, 2nd room from the lift. Housekeeping team was very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and big, shower pressure was good. Overall we had a good stay.

The hotel was originally a highly praised accommodation option, boasting an excellent location near the subway station, providing convenient transportation. The hotel offers warm and courteous service, but it's inappropriate for the front desk staff to ask for guests' phone numbers and encourage them to register for their account. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and bathrooms. The breakfast served in the restaurant has also garnered positive feedback from many guests. In summary, the hotel is an ideal accommodation choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Great stay at this brand new hotel. Although parts of it were under construction when I visited, the construction noise is kept quiet and didn’t disturb by sleep. Walls are a bit thin, however. It’s very close to the subway but can be hard to find at first. They should adjust the toilet to reduce the splash when flushing. Room was spacious and had large windows. The gym is small and only has 2 treadmills, but I used their laundry machines which worked well. Breakfast is excellent as you’d expect from Ji hotel. The front desk workers convinced me to upgrade my room to one further from the elevator and get free breakfast by signing up for a membership on their WeChat official account for 50 RMB, not sure if this is typical.

Good hotel, close to subway station. Newer than other Ji Hotels I’ve stayed at.

Nice hotel, the room is clean.the breakfast is delicious. Especially I love the washing machine and dryer combo.it is very convenient for our tourists.i will book again when I travel to China next time!

This time I stayed in two types of rooms. I strongly recommend booking the middle room. As you can see in Figure 7, the corner rooms may be about 100 yuan cheaper, but the experience is too different. The business king room No. 511 on the second night was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The bedding was comfortable; the water for the shower was large enough and the temperature was stable; the smart toilet was also a plus. The staff was very kind and friendly, and the food and transportation around the hotel were very convenient. The only drawback was that Ctrip's orders were very familiar. I opened last night's order to extend my stay on the morning of the second day of my stay. When I went to the front desk to extend my stay, I took a look at the water price. My room rate was basically the market price. I didn't think much about it at the time. When I returned to the hotel at night, I opened Gaode Navigation and the booking information that popped up directly reduced by more than 100 yuan. Haha, I was disgusted. By the way, I reflected on myself and decided to check two more platforms before paying in the future.

The room was very clean, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic, the room auntie Chen and the cleaning auntie who cleaned the public areas were very friendly, they would greet each other warmly every time they met, if I was hungry at night, a midnight snack robot would deliver it to the door of the room, and I received a souvenir when I left the hotel. Every detail is very thoughtful

The room is quite spacious and it is quite comfortable for one person to live in. However, the soundproofing of the room is quite poor. I am often woken up by the sound of people talking or cleaning outside. The room is also a bit dusty. I suggest that the auntie can clean it more. The service is very good and the location is convenient.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The breakfast is delicious, the laundry room is easy to use, and there are many thoughtful designs in the room. The fridge in my room wasn't cooling, and I didn't bother ordering room service since I didn't have anything that needed refrigerating. There were some hairs and card holders from previous guests left behind when the room was cleaned, but I saw that the table tops looked like they had been wiped. Also, when I came back to get my luggage, I saw cigarette butts in the public toilet on the first floor.

The overall environment of the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The lady at the front desk has a good attitudeactive and attentive. The surrounding facilities are complete, and everything you need for food, clothing, housing and transportation is available. I sincerely recommend it and will definitely stay here next time.
