Good classic hotel well-kept & maintained, good location near Metro & restaurants. Good staff at front office & housekeeping, but one of security guards has the worse bad behavior towards guests, children, and other employees, ruins anyone's stay there.

Everything was good except for noise pollution, where planes are constantly flying past the hotel as it is near the airport. It didn't affect me but for light sleepers it might.

Hawaii international hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. it is also near to the exhibition center, airport and the sea. there are many eateries around the hotel as the area has many hotels. the room is very comfortable. it is well decorated and is equipped with sofa chairs, desk and chair, good for business people. the buffet breakfast is sumptuous with a lot of variety. the menu changes everyday. the receptionists and housekeeping staff are helpful, polite and friendly.

This hotel is just round the corner from Fuhai West metro station line 12, exit D. The room is big, clean and good condition. Bathroom and toilet separated, so not wet. Linens, towels changed daily with housekeeping. Water, tea and consumables replaced daily. Hotel and facilties in good condition. Location out of central area but near airport. Easy to move around using metro. Price is cheap for what you get. Smoking allowed in the room, so you can smell a bit of second hand smoke. The girls at the front desk are polite and helpful. Big lobby. Plenty of food nearby within 5 mins walk. Buffet breakfast very simple, Chinese style, but OK. We checked out around 2pm and could leave our luggage with them. Enjoyed our stay here.

The Hawaii International Hotel is fantastic. Good location, Good Service. Front desk persons are not able to speak English but they used translator app. It's fine for foreign traveler. The Hotel near by (7 Min. working distance) FUHAI WEST metro station and FUHAIXI Railway Station. Use EXIT A or B. This location also near by Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center. There have nice train from Guangzhou East Railway Station to FUHAIXI Railway Station.

The location very near to the intersection convention centre. Room was very clean and everyday housekeeping was perfect The receptionist Zhao was great helpful and very nice and always offer to help All the stuff was easy going and tried their best to help in everything. The Breakfast was very nice and simple ands the lady there was very helpful I will recommend this hotel for everyone who wills to visit Shenzhen … Thank you very much for such a nice experience in staying At Shenzhen

Very close to the subway station, but the overall facilities are a bit old. The front desk lady provided good service and was very responsible and enthusiastic!

Guests reported that the hygiene was extremely poor, towels were stained with feces, the service attitude was very unfriendly, and the facilities were outdated.

Very rubbish, I don't know where the good reviews came from. Except for the room size, there is nothing good about it. 1. The smell of air conditioner freshener is heard as soon as you enter the lobby, and the elevator is even more smelly. The corridor is dirty and smelly, and the room also smells like air freshener; 2. For the room fee of 373 yuan, the breakfast is white porridge with steamed buns, pickled mustard, instant noodles and eggs, as well as soy milk and milk; 3. The front desk service is too average. When asked about the hotel, they don't know anything and can only say sorry; 4. The KTV on the third floor and the foot bath shop on the second floor share the same elevator, and the staff is very complicated.
