A normal hotel! Apartments. The room is old and needs renovation. Inconveniences are compensated by the location of the hotel. Excellent location, close to many shopping centers, pedestrian street. Lots of places to eat. There is a metro station nearby. The staff is polite and helpful.

Budget travel really, only hassle is need to ask security to tap the key to access the lift.

The location is super good, convenient for visiting Dongmen Old Street, there is also Tianhong Supermarket nearby, between Hubei and Laojie Station, there are 2-room options so you won't disturb each other's rest. There was construction going on nearby when I checked in. There were noises all night and early morning. It was also at a major intersection. Although I lived on the 34th floor, the sound of car horns could still be heard. People who value sleep quality might want to consider this.

The sanitation is acceptable, but the decoration of the apartment is a bit old and it feels like a home. However, it is across the street from Dongmen Pedestrian Street, so the location is not bad and you don't have to worry about finding a place to eat.
