Location is outstanding nearby Ayase station.Restaurant on the 1st floor need some upgrade for meal plsn for hotrl guest.

I stayed around 5 nights at this hotel during my recent trip to Tokyo. The hotel building and room are modern, there are microwave and chiller inside the room. The hotel is located near subway station and there are plenty choices of restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The room was clean, well-appointed, and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. Location-wise, it was conveniently situated near shops and restaurants, yet still felt peaceful. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, service, and value.

Given the price, I found it to be a fair deal and would consider it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers looking for convenience and decent comfort.

Excellent. Everything is comfortable and quiet enough. The bed didn't seem small

a simple hotel without anything special. There are many choices of shops and restaurants nearby. Metro station is reasonably close.

Oh I love this hotel. It’s very clean and the front desk staffs are very helpful and willing to help every time I had a question, but there is one lady that seems a bit rude. I forgot her name, but the other staffs from Vietnam and other Japanese are very nice. I will be back for sure

Good location, spacious room (for Japanese standards and 3 people), comfortable beds, helpful staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. A good price/worth option. The only problem is the breakfast. There is only ONE breakfast option (sandwich, salad and a drink of your choice). For a short trip (1-2 days) is ok; but for more than 3 (we stayed a total of 8 days in Tokyo, 4 days at the beginning of our trip and 4 at the end) eating the EXACT SAME THING 4 DAYS IN A ROW is tiring. If you want something else from the menu? You have to pay for it… What’s the point of paying for a room with breakfast included if I need to pay again and more to have other options). As a recommendation? Add at least 1 more option for breakfast and interchange both.
