This hotel is always awesome. Even when they had to make some last-minute changes, the staff was super helpful and worked hard to find the best solution for me.

Very poor experienced for staying 7 nights here, poor A/C conditions, poor service by the staffs. Never to return here again. Cannot sleep well any night stayed due to very hot A/C conditions. Request to change the room but no respond and sent the fan instead.

Invited for a wedding which was at the Hotel. Rooms are spacious and nice. Swimming pool was ok, nothing special. Great for the kids, the Amusement park and Swimming Indoor Park were close by and easy to get to from the Hotel!

I am very satisfied with the hotel's hardware, facilities, and location. Although the hotel is not newly opened, the facilities are well maintained and clean! It makes people feel comfortable! The hotel's environment and location are even better. It is right by Chaohu Lake, like a big park. It is very good for walking, running, and taking pictures! Parking is also very convenient! But the service is very unsatisfactory. Compared with the hotel's positioning, the service does not match the hotel's positioning. When checking in, no one cares about the big and small bags coming in, let alone helping with the luggage. I asked around before someone came to check in. The same is true for checking out. I asked around the hall before someone came to check out, which made me pay to beg for me to check in! When driving away, I encountered a wedding convoy, which blocked the hotel entrance and couldn't get out. I saw the hotel service staff standing there, and they didn't come to divert the traffic. It was so regrettable!!!

Objectively speaking, the hotel has been open for nearly ten years, so the equipment is naturally old, but the service is first-class, warm and professional, the rooms are large, Hui style, comfortable, and the stay is very good.

The double room I booked was very large. The bathroom and cloakroom were separated into wet and dry areas, with a large bathtub and a private balcony. I was very satisfied with the room type. At the same time, the breakfast was very rich, the richest I have ever seen, comparable to the buffet of a five-star hotel. In addition, the hotel also gave everyone (including children) a ticket to Wanda Park. We went to the nearby Wanda Amusement Park and it was very lively. In short, the hotel is very cost-effective.

Everything is good. I have stayed here many times. The hotel is very quiet and has a good view. The front desk arranged a late check-out for the afternoon train ticket. When I left, Cui Wencong at the front desk also gave me some fruit. I will come again next time.

The hotel front desk staff Hu Ning has a very good service attitude and can solve my requests in a timely manner. He is very enthusiastic. The hotel is also beautifully decorated and has a good environment.
