I loved this place. Food is amazing, rooms are so big and clean

The stay was good. Buffet breakfast was a good spread of continental and Indian.

Gave very shady room and when asked to change room they don't have same category room as well as they don't have immediately High category so they asked me to pay extra fees which was almost 3 times higher which was paid

The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

Stayed in Taj West End for second time...as usual it's the Taj Class always. Food was excellent, rooms were well maintained and cleanliness was Top notch. I would personally thank to some of the very caring Staff of Taj, Chef Nehal, Chef Keshav, Reastaurant manager Sakshi and Swastik who really gave us the extra reason to be happy. Thank you Taj for giving me and my daughter a wonderful time.

Have been a frequent guest at Taj west end. Has always been a great experience. We have eaten breakfast at Machan restaurant. Have frequently had Mr Prakash Babu or Mr Venkatesh or Mr Giri helping us. They are extremely helpful with providing us with whatever we need. They got everything to our table as requested each time. They go above and beyond to ensure the food is to our liking and make excellent suggestions. They are very friendly and pleasant, making the experience exceptional. The facility in general reminds us of staying in a forest. Has plenty of open spaces and plants and trees. As is true for Taj / IHCL the staff are exceptional. Pleasant, friendly, courteous. The facility is spotless and clean. Would commend Prakash Babu, Prakash and Giri for their hard work and pleasant personality.

Amazing service from Prakash Babu and T. Venkatesh at breakfast this morning! Always providing us with recommendations on what to try. Food beautiful as always and loving trying all of the local foods. The dosa was a highlight A lovely morning

Perfect for a peaceful getaway from the city’s chaos. The greenery all around makes it feel like a little oasis, and the food was great, especially the breakfast spread. Big shoutout to Jahnvi, Sweta, Nikita, and Prakash Babu for their exceptional service—they really made the experience even better!

It was a great time spent. Lovely hotel with a great views and nature. Food was great which we had in machan. Sarvanan and ankush were very friendly who made us comfortable and sorry for giving them trouble as our kid wanted little amount of food which they provided and loved the sweets which they provided as a gesture.

As a true patron of the Taj, having enjoyed many meals at Machan, Delhi with Chef Abhinav and Anise at Coromandel with Chef Ravi, I can say with confidence that Machan at Taj West End holds its own, and more. Dropped in for tea with a friend and were absolutely charmed by the colonial feel, food and service. What stood out were the young chefs, Nehal and Shubhomita, from the coffee shop and pastry team. With warmth, skill, and infectious passion, they don’t just serve, they connect through gluttony, spoil you with thoughtful choices, and truly elevate the experience. It’s rare to meet chefs who cook with such heart and joy. They turned a simple tea into a celebration. Meaningful conversation, warm smiles, lots of stories and just true Tajness.
