In general , it is good in every aspect. Good money for value as expected in my past experience with Atour. However there is foul smell from the drain in the bathroom which is disappointing. It is a frequent encounter in the hotels I stay in mainland China. May be it is a defect from the design and construction of the building.

Location: From Shenzhen Bay Line 13 directly to Gaoxin Middle Exit C, walk straight for 10 minutes to the hotel, which is located in Changyuan. Environment and facilities: Location because in the long garden, the environment is quiet, downstairs although there is a shrimp fishing field is not noisy, strong air conditioning, hot water hot enough, TV can see Hong Kong channels, at night there is a bedside lamp beside the bed. Only the sound of residents closing the door is relatively loud, caused by human factors, I hope residents entering and exiting the door and speaking in the corridor, please try to be a little light. Nearby is the Technology Park Company.

I stayed at Shenzhen Nanshan Science and Technology Park Changyuan Light Hotel for the first time in April 2025 for 3 nights. It is about 7-8 minutes' walk straight from the first phase of the newly opened Metro Line 13, Gaoxin Middle Station.
