Hotel name is not the same as I booked. Hotel name is Seven Oranges. It took me 2 hours just going round and round to find hotel. Secondly as you may aware no English speaking Country China is. I won’t recommend anyone to go there.

The hotel was very good with great value for money. Although old and looked not so nice for elevator and corridor, the room still made me feel comfortable. The room was big enough with adequate sockets, including USB charger. The shower room was also not too small. The reception was also very nice. I really like this hotel and will come back again.

Pros: Very close to Shenzhen East Station, a ten-minute walk. The hotel was easy to find. The surrounding area is well-equipped with shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and hospitals. Transportation is also convenient. The bathroom provided disposable towels and face towels, which were clean and hygienic. The next day, the maid didn't clean the room or bring us new towels, so we went to the front desk and the owner personally delivered them. Cons: The room was small and had no windows, but the ventilation wasn't too stuffy. No running water! This is the first time in all my hotel stays that a hotel doesn't provide running water! At first, I thought I'd have to go to the front desk to get it, but they told me they didn't provide it! There were two hair dryers in the room, both of which were broken! The electrical outlet was also broken. The USB port had no power when plugged in, the plug wouldn't fit securely, sparked, and the room light kept flickering when plugged in. The Wi-Fi speed was extremely poor. My data plan was limited to a few hundred KB/s, but this Wi-Fi only had a few dozen KB/s, making it completely unusable. We stayed for two days and three nights. The maid only came to clean and change the trash on the first day. She didn't come on the second day. I asked the front desk, and they said they wouldn't clean while we were out. Wow, you're not going to leave your hotel and just lie back and play. And they cleaned the first day, but not the second. What a mess! Finally, the soundproofing is terrible! The noise outside the door is very noticeable! At midnight on the first night, I don't know if it was someone next door taking a shower or something. It was incredibly loud, a buzzing noise. Not only did we hear it, but the people across the street heard it too and couldn't sleep well.

The room has a peculiar smell, like the smell of sewers or smelly feet. Anyway, there is a bad smell as soon as you enter the door. The air conditioner will report a fault after being turned on for a while and needs to be turned off and on again. The room is very small. The stay experience is average and not very good

The hotel service is extremely poor, the tone is extremely bad, I booked the wrong date and didn't check in, but they refused to refund or change the date, and even said they would go to Ctrip. I paid more than 190 yuan to buy the trust of the hotel, and I will never stay here again.

The room was perfectly adequate for one person, and the environment was pleasant. Upon arrival, the large mirror in the bedroom was wet and unwiped, and the bathroom floor was also wet and unmopped. I wonder if it was because a guest had just left. The service was excellent. It's very close to Shenzhen East Station, just a few hundred meters away, with convenient restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The locals were very nice and would help you find your way if you were lost. The food was also reasonably priced. It's a great choice for those on a trip.

I've stayed here many times in Shenzhen! The hotel is in a great location, not far from the East Station, and the surrounding facilities are complete! The room was clean and hygienic! I highly recommend it to my friends!

The room is very clean, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and it is fully equipped with air conditioning and TV. Disposable bath towels are used, which is very hygienic. The hot water in the bathroom is hot enough. There are many restaurants nearby and we were able to arrange more upscale rooms. The price-performance ratio is very high!

I have to say the service attitude here is really bad, they are indifferent all day long. One day we went to play near the East Station and stroll around. We originally booked a hotel from someone else, and then we searched and found that this hotel is a chain store, so we thought it shouldn't be bad, but... and... and that day when we called the waiter to order 84 or laundry detergent, he said he didn't have it and hung up the phone directly. What an attitude. How can a hotel not have these things? Who hasn't stayed in a hotel? I will never go again. It was a very bad experience. I was bitten by bugs after staying for one night. And how can the price be so different? It's too exaggerated.

I stayed here to take the train. The location is OK. It has been open for many years. There are food and drink shops around. It's just not convenient to park.

The bathroom leaked, the floor outside was wet after taking a shower, and the bedside lamp kept flashing, making me dizzy😵💫

The toilet is very big and smells bad. Because we stayed late and were too lazy to bother, we didn't change rooms. The next morning I woke up and saw a bug. Alas, I will not consider this hotel again next time.
