The hotel is great! Clean, modern, the room is confortable, the bathroom fantastic, huge shower. My only complaints are: 1) terrible wi-fi service, slow, very slow. 2) the breakfast was horrible! The hotel is in Shenzhen, a huge city in Guangdong, we should at least expect several kinds of dim sum. The hotel provided 2 types of dim sum, bread (only butter, no jelly), vegetables, fruits and noodles. No fried eggs, no bacon, no beef, no chicken….. it felt like the breakfast area is run by a different company.

The hotel is unexpectedly good. Although the decoration is old-fashioned, all the equipment is new, clean and tidy. It's the first time I stayed in a hotel with a 2-meter bed. The staff is friendly and polite, the breakfast has a lot of choices and tastes good. The only thing is that it is located between two subway stations, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, but it is no problem if you take a taxi. High cost performance

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. If you order delivery, a robot will bring your food up to your room for you. So cute. The TV switching on automatically is kind of annoying, not sure if there’s a way to shut it off permanently. I muted the tv and shut it off, but the next time we entered the room, the tv came on with the default video playing again with sound. Can I have some peace and quiet?

So far so good with the view, cleanliness. However the light is a little dark than expected in the toilet. Service counter is quick that can cope with my busy schedule. Breakfast has large variety of food though just a few people jn the cafe at around 730am. Food is acceptable so far. It’s a fair stay with this price.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the reception was very warm and considerate! When I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a bottle of water and helped me upgrade my room. The breakfast was also quite rich and delicious! The watermelon was not very sweet
