前台在樓上，設施不很新，但挺好的，店主也很好地幫到了我。性價比很可以。
周圍公交站離得很近，各種門頭店很多，吃飯買東西都方便。

就是個普通旅店而已，牆皮脱落，下水道反異味，空調老舊，運行噪音滋滋聲，毛巾浴巾僵硬，枕頭裡麪都是“地圖”附近沒有別的住處，獨此一家，1公里以外有個全季比較貴，事實如此，希望大家慎重吧。配置就一個水壺，還要100按金，一瓶水都不送，真不理解這按金是幹啥的

6月15號有馬拉松，起點在瀋陽和平杯世界足球公園。所以和朋友在距離較近訂住宿的地方。賓館設施、衞生也還可以，唯一就是雙人標間沒有窗户，比較悶，需要開空調換氣。樓下沒有停車位，來的時候開車在1公裡外才勉強找到停車的地方。樓下就是菜市場，買水果，吃早餐都方便。

賓館樓下市場，飯店、水果應有盡有，距離馬拉松比賽起點也不遠，老闆服務態度好，燈泡壞了馬上就給換新的，有機會再來。
