The place is conveniently located . Close to all the Shenyang north station and Shenyang station! Beiling park is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I studied in Shenyang and was back for the National holiday so I definitely recommend this place for its location! Also the subway station and bus stop are a few minutes walk from the apartment .
Apart from that , the apartment is so beautiful, the views are really great ! Had a cook out , played games and watched movies with some old friends .
It was a great 4 nights 👍🏽

來瀋陽參加副高工程師答辯，地點在鳳凰飯店，奈何酒店略貴，周邊搜尋性價比最高的就是這家了，非常滿意，以後皇姑區有事兒還會選擇！

中央空調噪音比較大，隔音還可以，半夜隔壁鄰居打架，合計住個小區日租房安靜點，這個沒辦法屬於天災，浴室不裝隔斷還行，裝完隔斷關門都蹲不下去，床質量太差，一翻身就嘎嘎響，再也不會住日租房了

因為出差時間較長，入駐藍色時間多種房型，開間、一室一廳、二室一廳、三室一廳都住全了。洗衣機都差不多，房屋面積大配置的，床會舒服一些。
客服非常及時，隨時回覆。打掃衞生不像賓館每天都來，有需求給客服發消息拍安排。
小區安靜，從樓上就可以看到北陵公園，距沿河步道比較近，夏天的時候比較舒服。
外賣不能送上樓，統一放到貨架上自取，瀋陽的冬天很冷，自取也有點麻煩。
小區周邊配套一般，飯店、超市、商場都在2公里左右
