跑馬拉松來住的，可以理解漲價，畢竟市場經濟。但比起南方的酒店漲價同時，提前開餐，延遲退費等配套服務，這家店就沒有任何針對性的服務，稍晚下來退房感覺欠了前台幾個億似的。

住的頂層，房頂有水印，黴漬，潮味，黴味，第二天早上屋內玻璃上有蟑螂，叫服務員捏走了，想換房，去四層一看更潮濕，湊合兩天換酒店了。換了一家不潮濕不黴味。對如家現在越來越失望了，真的比以前差遠了。。。服務態度是挺好，這衞生不行啥也白搭。

房間裏面很陳舊 設施也很一般，床非常非常的亂 完全沒有支撐。電視小的都離譜。像是上一代人用的電視。
衞生情況整體來説還可以，是老樓感覺不到特別的好，但也不是很壞。洗澡水呀 挺好
然後就是服務。白天在辦理入住的時候，前台服相當一般，愛搭不惜理兒，有説有笑，有打有鬧。説話陰陽怪氣。

位置一般，不算太好找，電梯也七拐八繞，裏面潮的很，一股味道，散都散不出去，而且家庭房就是大床房裡硬在窗户那塞個小單人床，破爛！
