Newly refurbished hotel with large rooms and massive bathtub. An excellent concierge service too. Our concierge Eric was very helpful with local restaurant recommendations, friendly attitude, and event a cute gift. Thank you, Eric!

This hotel is amazing! The staff was very attentive, especially Eric Jin, the manager of the concierge department, who helped me solve my personal problems and other travel questions very well. He took the initiative to attack, which exceeded my expectations. I often fly and travel all over the world, and this manager stands out among the many people I have come into contact with over the years. He is definitely a pearl of Shenyang. This manager is definitely a valuable asset of a Swiss hotel. With his way of thinking and motivation, he will be very successful in the future.

Perfect for families - nearby park with sand pit, ramp area for bikes and boards. Recently opened child play area inside the hotel (for small kids).

I enjoyed my stay here and the staffs were very kind and helpful. Especially I would like to thank Eric for his kind help and whenever and wherever possible that he offered us. Point to be noted is that me and mate didn’t have any knowledge about the local language yet we didn’t feel it anywhere hindering us from expressing our thoughts to him. He was genuinely kind and helpful. Another person that was of great assistance to us was Yolanda. Thanks for making our stay in Shenyang wonderful
