首先是安全問題，衹有一趟電梯，問了保潔和工作人員都説沒有其他通道，都不知道樓梯間在哪裡，衹能等那一部電梯，萬一有消防隱情都不知道如何逃生，也不知道這酒店是怎麼通過消防驗收的！ 其次是停車問題，酒店門口就是偌大的停車場，但是停車收費，5元一小時，上不封頂，在這住一晚停車費一百多！大家來這住一定慎重！

因為看演唱會離奧體近，訂了這家酒店，但是沒想到這麼差，是因為你們家離奧體近就可以擺爛嗎？沒有演唱會的時候房態也很好嗎？不理解為什麼會做成這個樣子，看完演唱會回來想洗澡，花灑水流小的離譜，讓前台找人來修，服務很冷淡，然後上來拿針通堵住的花灑我都驚呆了，我説一句反駁我一句，説花灑裏面不能打掃，你們酒店窮死了？不會換一套？不能打掃為什麼讓顧客買單？嗯？ 經理查房也不到位，都**睜一衹眼閉一衹眼就過去了，你家店大不缺客咋的，沒有回頭客？這麼玩不把自己玩死了嗎？ 這是花灑
衞生： 衞生太差了 具體多差如下圖，浴室有臟東西，這些東西查房都看不見，查的是啥？還是説根本沒有查房這一環節呢？ 酒店經理都是幹啥吃的？
隔音：隔音巨差，走廊裏麪説話聲聽的特別清楚，對門點外賣敲門我以為敲我門呢。很垃圾的酒店，不會再入住了。因為也沒把客人放在一地位。特別失望
