The apartment was really spacious and cozy, with a nice view over that part of the city. The location was also quite good, with a few bus stops close to the building and a metro which is 20 mins away on foot. We appreciated the service as well, as we found the apartment perfectly clean. Most importantly, the owners are really nice and helpful. Recommended.

Room was clean, service was friendly and always available.
Biggest issue is that this room is extremely hot. I have no idea why. It seems that heat emanates from the floor, and there is nothing you can do to cool it down other than to open the windows. The room has an AC unit, but it does not work. When I asked the room service to help me get the AC to work, she had no idea how to operate it and after ten minutes of fumbling with the remote she told me to "just wait, it will work eventually". It did not work the entire five days I was there.
I would recommend this room to anyone who can sleep in a very hot environment.

房間和照片上有一些差距 主要在地板清潔程度上 衞生間沒有浴簾 洗完澡整個衞生間就比較潮濕 這個時候如果打開了那個換氣扇 就會聞到很濃郁黴味 而且這個黴味會隨着換氣扇打開的時間而逐漸變大 即使換氣扇的確在旋轉
空調對於這個大空間房型有點力不從心 白天關窗的情況下房間温度不會低於23度 感覺悶熱 晚上如果開窗 空調就不足以把樓上的温度降下來 如果關窗 就會完整享受到廁所的黴味
這個就是開在高層住宅樓內民宿 也沒有看到前台 第一次去還得穿過樓下的超市才能進樓 剛到店拿卡之前做電梯必須聯繫一下才能到達所需樓層 找到地方還是挺麻煩的
房間裏的黴味是很重的 來源就是廁所裏的那個排風扇 這個黴味實在是有點重 第二天早上洗漱上廁所都是去附近的某快餐店解決的...

環境不錯，也乾淨！閣樓的，上下兩張大床，還有大投影，孩子這回可過癮啦！前台的小妹人特別好，因為空調有點問題，給送來兩個風扇，特別感謝！樓下有超市和好多館子，晚上還有各種燒烤小吃一條街，孩子都沒住夠，附近有興順夜市，彩電塔夜市，離北陵公園也不遠，就是附近停車不太方便，估計修完路可能會好些。。。。。。

帶女兒去遼寧大學崇山校區考試的，因為離得比較近選擇了這家酒店，它是複式公寓型酒店，價格也很親民，説實話沒想到這個價格設施環境衞生方面都還挺好，服務就更不用説了，美女那麼年輕不知道是不是老闆啊，非常熱情，服務也很周到，對於這個房間除了空調有噪音像颳大風其他很好，不過不影響我睡覺，對這個價格我已經很滿意了，重點是我女兒沒挑毛病，平時她可是完美主義事兒多的很😅有機會再去瀋陽玩的時候還住那裡。
