店主在地鐵口接，大風天開自己的車送到樓棟，房間非常乾淨，卧室有空調、電熱毯，秋季過來房間很温暖，衞生間寬敞，淋雨水很熱，可以免費寄存行李，有電水壺可以自己燒熱水。
