I booked the room with Breakfast included. The Room was not clean and no hot water in taps. They changed my room but the other room cleaning condition was also same. Room cleaning was not on daily basis. Breakfast was not having enough option. Overall it was not a pleasant stay and NO VALUE FOR MONEY at all. .

the location is not good, no shop around, even food delivery is complicated. the staff is great. the breakfast lacks of diversity. the sauna was not accessible

Wonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.

I checked in during the Chinese New Year and felt very good. The front desk service was particularly enthusiastic. I wish Oriental Ginza Hotel will get better and better in 2025. I wish all the staff good work, good health and all the best!

The girl at the front desk was not very talkative and spoke bluntly; the guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and served the guests. He alone supported the dignity of a five-star hotel. The quality of breakfast was very poor. The waiters gathered together to chat.

The hotel lobby has a strong Christmas atmosphere! The star lights are beautiful and the supporting facilities are complete. The hotel lobby manager Nicole is enthusiastic and patient, and thoughtfully provides hot water! I will bring friends here next time

Very cost-effective hotel, convenient and fast parking, beautiful lobby, very enthusiastic front desk service, someone brought hot tea when checking in, and helped with luggage, the waiter was of high quality, the room was clean, and there was a quick check-out service, which was very convenient. The hotel is good, very close to the office, and the front desk responds quickly. There is a swimming pool where you can relax in your free time. There is a park opposite where you can take a walk in the evening!

Did the front desk staff have training to be so aggressive? Why is everyone like this? Only one lady who seems to be a manager is relatively enthusiastic. The others just answer whatever you ask them, but they are very hard and impatient. They seem to be office staff, not service staff.

The room facilities are complete. My child was participating in a chess competition here. I stayed here for one night to rest. It felt good. The breakfast bread was good. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was that my son was charged 88 yuan for breakfast. I said that a child over 1.3 meters tall should pay the full price, but later they charged half the price. The service staff at the restaurant entrance needs training. They can't tell how old the child is! 1.5 points for service!

It was around 2am when we arrived at the hotel. There were a lot of people waiting to check in at the front desk. The hotel notified us that it was because the Ctrip backend was not turned off and was constantly accepting orders. There were also problems coordinating between the front desk staff who were checking in, and they opened the rooms that had already been checked in many times. The average check-in time for a customer was about 16 minutes. A customer argued with the front desk, and the front desk staff responded by saying, "I'll refund your money, and you can stop staying." I know it's not easy to work overtime in the early morning, but it's hard to accept this. The room is very large, and the facilities are basically high-end. Just as I was about to go to bed, a big cockroach came out of the big glass in the bathroom. I was afraid that my wife and children would be scared, so I cleaned it up quietly. In general, the hotel's service does not match the environment, the environment does not match the price, and the price does not match the name 😂

The room was very clean, the hotel breakfast was very good, the front desk service was very good, they helped me with where I wanted to go, the surrounding park scenery was beautiful, the overall stay was very comfortable, I will stay here again next time I am on a business trip.
