위치는 정말 좋아요
하지만 숙소 간판이 없어서 외국인은 찾기 힘들어요
내부시설은 낡았고 냉장고.세탁기가 있지만
전원연견이 안되어있어요.
전원코드는 중국용이 아니라서 동작되는곳이 화장실만되어서 ㅅ화장실에서 충전했어요.
청소는 해주지 않고 세면도구도 필요하면 따로 요청해야합니다

位置是真好，就在步行街巷子裏面，下樓就能逛街吃小吃，離地鐵也很近，去機場啥的都方便，離劉老根大舞台、瀋陽故宮、張學良舊居、小南天主教堂都很近，在方城裡麪玩就很方便，好評！民宿設施齊全完好，暖氣挺足，好評！老闆服務也很好，總之物超所值！想去西塔和老北市也不遠，打個車或者公交都很方便！

地理位置非常好，就在中街上，離地鐵站很近，去民宿的衚衕正好是小吃街，各種好吃的，房間是複試，床也夠大，挺乾淨的，推薦入住

地理位置在瀋陽最熱鬧的地方了，整體性價比還不錯。雖然房和傢俱有點舊，但沙發挺大的，窗外景也美。入住會有人到樓下接待。

店主很熱情，房間很乾凈，出門就是中街，非常方便。房間也很大。採光非常好。樓層也高，市也好。樓下就是中街。

位置特別好，就在中街，吃住很方便！價位適中，服務很好！就是空調有些年限了，睡眠清的晚上不能開空調，太吵了，不是地熱是暖氣片，靠前面的房間温度相對地熱稍微遜色一些，穿着厚一點睡就可以了。總體還是可以的，祝生意興隆財源廣進！

老闆人很好，環境也不錯，裏面設施齊全。旁邊就是中街小吃，可以帶孩子去品嚐這裏的特色美食。離瀋陽故宮很近。
