The receptionists were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel manager went above and beyond to assist me whenever I needed help. The breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant with a street view, making for a pleasant start to the day. My room was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities a traveller could need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenyang and will return on my next visit.
