優點:
1.位置好找，有免費停車場，走時前台上報車牌號即可。
2.附近吃飯便捷，可選擇的種類豐富。
3.床品乾淨，床很舒適。
4.前台接待順暢，話術舒服，説免費升級客房。
5.早餐不錯。
不足:
1.停車場十分緊張，不確定都是來住店的，畢竟是對外收費嘛。
2.室內都是下水道的氣味兒，根本散不掉，堵上了所有下水口，依然是發黴的氣味兒。
3.前台説，給升級了房型，但讓給5分——這就成了交易，或者説，你是不是應該真給升級一個讓人心悦誠服的，可以給出5分的客房。這個207客房讓我戴了一宿口罩，第二天就鼻炎了。出門去葯店買了96元的輔舒良。
建議:
1.地毯和房屋都是發黴的氣味兒，建議請專業人士解決。
2.大部分旅遊就住幾天，白天遊玩，晚上睡個好覺就可以了，窗户是個可有可無的選項，大晚上我看啥風景？但是是人就要呼吸，通風系統確實更重要。
3.前台確實對房型都很熟悉，但還要以自己是客人的身份去房間裏感受一下，這樣的房型你住，你體驗之後給給評分，給個價位。如此房間改不了，對方也可不能給5分，至少心裏有預期，或者從價位上讓對方獲得可以超預期的驚喜，給房間配個空氣凈化器，送個小禮物，至少真誠。
