The bathroom is not ventilated and has a peculiar smell, which is not good, but the boss's service is very good, so it's ok overall.

The room was average. The desk is not big enough to fit a laptop. No disposable slippers, only two pairs of plastic slippers. There is no WiFi in the rooms (at least mine didn't). There were no large towels in the bathroom, just two small towels. The shower head in the bathroom is not firmly fixed and is always pushed to one side by the water flow. The rooms were not cleaned daily.
What’s interesting is that there is a cat doll in the room (it’s Xiaoqi from “Sweet Cheese Cat”), and the walls of the stairs are covered with stickers of Xiaoqi.
The B&B is located in a small alley in the village, a little distance from Jihu Sands Plaza (5-10 minutes walk). This is a mixed bag, the upside being that it's relatively far from the noise source at Sands Plaza (but still audible).
All in all, considering its price, I think this condition is acceptable.
