房間乾淨衞生！老闆燒的一手好菜，海鮮燒的比外面飯店好吃，關鍵老闆去市場現買現燒，新鮮！而且價格比飯店便宜，性價比槓槓的，贊！！

設施比較齊設施:民宿感覺是自建房改造的，空間挺大，設備也比較齊全，該有的都有，除了浴缸那種對我來説沒用的東西沒有。
衞生:我很想給五星，我是一個對衞生要求較高的人，入住前特地看了房間，尤其是衞生間，雖然小了點，但是乾淨。床頭櫃枱面上、中間放拖鞋的隔層用手都摸過，一點灰塵都沒有，甚至牀頭櫃底下都乾淨的，衹是沒摸而已，比家裡長者打掃自己家還乾淨。
環境:民宿邊上就有停車場，停車很方便且免費。民宿後院有個天台，老闆重了番茄去、西瓜、花生，是沙土種植的，小朋友還爬上去體驗了一把農家樂。大廳南北通透敞亮，裝修也挺新的。
服務:服務是最讚的。小朋友略微有點發燒，借了水銀體温計，老闆很貼心的用碘伏給消好毒再給我，最後還被我不小心摔碎了，老闆説沒事。第二天由於要趕12點的船回滬，老闆提前給我們燒好午飯，味道也超讚，是我這幾天吃的最好的一頓，朋友一致認為比合軒飯店（當地老牌子）還要好吃，且價格在嵊泗算是實惠的，而且不用操心出去找，起床出去溜達一圈就能吃上飯，特地參觀了一下廚房，衹能説老闆一家子都很講究。小朋友摘得番茄、西瓜也都送給我們吃了。入住當晚老闆兒子（帥哥一枚）還幫我們停了車，行李都是他一手一個拿的。
有機會再去的話，會選擇全程住這裏。

網上隨便找了一家離基湖沙灘近的民宿，房間很清爽！老闆娘和他兒子很熱情，我們傍晚要出去趕海打不到車，老闆兒子一個大帥哥出來陪着我們快半小時幫我們叫車！非常感謝！後來攔了一輛本地人的私家車！強烈推薦！感謝！
