Second time staying here. I saw many low ratings before. I came here out of curiosity. Objectively speaking, it's OK to stay in a hotel near the sea at this price. The key is to see what you want. The hotel has a small beach with a good sea view and comfortable swimming. However, the bath towels are really old. I brought my own to save trouble. There was an Indian man at the front desk who made faces. Just ignore him. Later, he was replaced by a young lady who was very nice.

In December 2023, there was a road repair near the hotel. But at the same time there was a decent discount on accommodation. Overall I liked the hotel, it was clean, the staff was polite. Breakfast is good. But next to the hotel on the sea side there is some kind of factory on the shore. The sea is not particularly dirty, apart from some household garbage, but the proximity to a working factory is embarrassing...

Room was big, pool and beach is good.
Breakfast buffet, the service is very poor maybe because of lack of manpower and I saw one waiter he is using his bare hand to put the omelette on the plates.when I asked why he is not using any cutlery he told me because it’s was so busy and he is in a hurry🤯😣 then I spoke to their restaurant manager to do something not to happed again.

Посещение этого отеля планировалось заранее после ноября 2023 года когда побывали первый раз. И вот мы купили тур со 2 по 11 мая 2025 года и мы здесь и тут одно НО, разочарование было огромное и всему виной ПЛЯЖ, а именно его постепенное исчезновение, море вымывает песок оголяя бетонные стяжки, от солнца прикрывающих, навесов-грибков. Администрация видно пытается как то спасти положение применяя мешки с песком это не спасает. 7 мая и 8 мая была сильная волна, которая нанесла ущерб не только пирсу с беседками но и подмыла корни пальмы а другая пальма вообще упала. И это за короткий период времени. В своём отзыве я прикрепил две фотографии ноября 2023 года ЭТОЙ части пляжа уже НЕТ. Третья фотография(фрагмент) показывает нам в каком состоянии пляж на сегодняшний день. Жаль нельзя добавить видео, картина удручающая.

Пребываем тут с мужем и двумя детьми. Уложились в выделенный бюджет на апрельский отдых. Плюсы: бюджет, пять звезд, номера очень просторные, супер первая линия, выходишь с номера и через минуту у моря, вход в море пологий и песчаный, лежаки, зонтики и полотенца бесплатные без проблем, если нет лежаков по первой же просьбе выдают и принесут другой, территория отеля не большая и очень уютная, чисто на территории и зелено, людей не много, в номерах убираются ежедневно и на совесть, бутылки с водой в номерах ставят, если нужно еще выдают без проблем сколько нужно, админ доброжелательный, трансфер по три раза в день в центр, в ресторане тоже все доносят если закончилось, есть фитнесс зал с очень хорошими тренажерами, вкусные венские вафли😋 тихий и быстрый лифт без очередей, Минусы: однообразное скудненькое питание(если вы обжора), вода течет не очень горячая в номерах по вечерам, пляж не большой (но и людей мало), бассейн без подогрева (но мы и не за басиком приехали) вообще не понимаю людей которые возле моря могут идти в басик плавать🙄
