A delightful hotel in a garden. Lovely. But my only complain is that hotel has not refunded my ¥500 deposit I paid upon arrival. It claimed that it would take up to a month as it was paid on a foreign credit card but two months have since passed.

Clean hotel, receptionists speak English, breakfast is great, easy to navigate location. We struggled to order food in the restaurant, no one speaks English but teahouse was exceptional, great experience

Amazing location with good hotel facilities. Although it is a cultural heritage site but the rooms are very modern and clean. I will come here again next time and stay longer x

Great location, but room too humidity

Lovely room in the new building and great location for exploring the town . Very good breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful , especially Han who helped us with English and drove us to our room.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Its concierge and front desk staff were very helpful, especially Mr Han Wenxiong who is a walking map of Shaoxing. Five stars for Mr Han.

This time, I chose Shaoxing Hotel for a 3-day, 2-night trip to Shaoxing. I have to say that this is an extremely wise choice! I read other travelers' comments on the reviews before, and they all said it was good. Only when I experienced it myself can I really know how good it is! This time I booked a Fushanyue King Room, which is not in the lobby, but there is an on-call battery car for pick-up. I was shocked when I entered the room, it was extremely good! The room is super large, with a corridor, a screen wall, a capsule coffee machine, a small disinfection cabinet, a large bathroom, and even an ideal toilet 🚽, although I don't need this smart design. The bed 🛌 faces the large floor-to-ceiling glass and faces thousands of bamboos, especially Jiangnan. I think of Mr. Zheng Banqiao's "I would rather eat without meat than live without bamboo." The whole hotel is a Jiangnan garden, with pavilions with gauze curtains, rockery waterfalls, and very beautiful photos. Downstairs of Fushanyue is the famous Green Tea Restaurant, which is particularly good, the dishes are delicious, and the price-performance ratio is very high. In short, I will choose to stay at Shaoxing Hotel again next time I come, and I have recommended it to all my friends. Next time I come, I plan to stay in the hotel for 2 days and not go anywhere. I will enjoy the small bridges and flowing water, the beautiful scenery of Jiangnan, and jog around the hotel for 5 kilometers every day.
