The environment is clean, comfortable and artistic. The hotel is equipped with free laundry and drying services. The hotel service is very nice. When checking out, due to the cold weather, the front desk asked us to bring heated purified water to drink on the road or warm our hands. Although we didn't ask for it, this move made me feel very warm. Atour Culture Hotel is really good! Atour will be my first choice for going out in the future😃😃😃

Hygiene: The toilet in the first room leaked, and I smelled a strange smell when I entered the toilet. I called customer service and changed rooms, thinking I could check in with peace of mind. However, there was dirt that looked like blood stains on the outside of the toilet in the second room. I looked at the real thing. Very speechless! Service: The housekeeping service's attitude in changing our room as soon as possible should be praised👍. However, the hygiene is not carefully cleaned, so we still need to pay attention. It's rare for us to travel twice a year. We thought this was a newly opened hotel and it should be very clean, but this time we were a little disappointed. Also, the sound insulation effect of the room is really average...

The hotel is good, but the price/performance ratio is very low on Ctrip. A 360 double bed room does not include breakfast, but it costs about 500 with breakfast. It is a bit expensive for hotels of this type. I hope Ctrip can cooperate with Atour to bring down the price.

The room is clean and tidy. The towels and bath towels in the room have no peculiar smell. The environment is very good. Parking is convenient. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful. Atour is my first choice every time I go on a business trip. The front-end Taipei Huanli checked in quickly, and the service was warm and thoughtful. The parking was very convenient, the pillows were very comfortable, the room was noise-free, and the disposable toiletries were very useful. The warm breakfast provided at check-out was very good, and it is worth recommending ~ Ps There is a beautiful lake downstairs of the hotel. I went there for a walk on the last day of my trip and it was super comfortable!

I forgot to take pictures but it is consistent with the pictures. Atour has always been stable, clean and comfortable, and the pillows are very comfortable. This hotel is very close to Cangqiao Street, and it takes only a few minutes to get to several scenic spots in the city by electric car, which is quite convenient. We were upgraded to the eighth floor, and the room was very quiet. The front desk guy and girl were very nice. There is a public space, a library, a gym, and a breakfast restaurant on the first floor. I like Atour very much, and I won't step on thunder. I can have a good rest after a day. This restaurant is delicious and worth trying after coming out of Xu Wei Art Museum.
