New hotel nice room air con can be too cold or not cold settings a bit difficult to control. Good laundry services and good buffet breakfast. Too bad there’s construction of light rail system right in front and roads in front are without bus services thus needed to walk further. There’s some mosquitoes in the room not sure if due to constructions. Otherwise nice stay,

The hotel is clean and nice. The only issue with the room is the lights. The lights by the bathroom sink only come on when the main lights in the sleeping area are also turned on. You cannot turn on lights by the sink at night without waking up anyone sleeping in bed because all the lights will turn on. Everything else is really nice at the hotel. Not too far of a walk to streets with lots of restaurants and bus stops.

Excellent location between Little Park and Longnan South Road food street. Helpful staff. They don’t speak much English however.

LOCATION : The location of the hotel is convenient, easy to access local big shopping arcades, if by taxi just takes you 10 to 15 minutes. FACILITIES : The facilities of the hotel are adequate allow you to relax and enjoy. SERVICE : The staff are helpful and friendly, willing to provide advice for shopping and dinning. HYGIENE : The hotel is clean and tidy, no cigrette smoke remained in the rooms. The air conditioning is adequate provide a comfortable environment for your stay. Overall this hotel is highly recommended and also it is value for money. I would recommend my friends to stay here for their trips.

Facilities: Much smaller than expected. Only 20 square meters. The air conditioner has some problems. No matter how low the air is, it will blow directly on your face when you sleep at night. It is very uncomfortable. You can only fall asleep well if you turn it off. There are washing machines (need to queue up) and gyms. Hygiene: The hygiene is OK and basically meets the standards. Environment: It is more than 20 minutes walk from the Mixc shopping district and Longyan South. Service: The service is relatively good, the attitude is very good, and they can help solve problems

Booked a family room, the room is very big. There is also a living room, which is convenient for family members to have tea and get together. Miss Huang Yang arranged room 729 for me, close to the parking lot, very quiet, good stay

The front desk Xiaoyi provided good service and helped calculate a preferential price. The room was large and odorless. The breakfast was also delicious. I booked a twin bed and family room. The room type was very good and the children were very happy staying there.

I had a very good impression of the hotel, including the attentive service of the front-line staff, the comfortable and tidy lobby, the clean and smoke-free room, the adequate air conditioning, and the very comfortable mattress and pillows. I am very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Shantou.
