首先酒店服務不錯，酒店位於東海岸臨海，房間望出去是全海景。就服務而言，前廳Eric羅服務很不錯，效率快。唯一不足是房間茶水台有茶漬。

Not far from Nan'ao Bridge. The hotel is new, the decoration is grand, the room is spacious, and the sea view is unbeatable. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are very complete. Xiao Mao from the housekeeping department was proactive, enthusiastic and thoughtful, and Hubery at the front desk was very considerate in checking us in, and the service was very good. I was very satisfied with my stay and will come again next time.

一家7口到汕頭。入住酒店第一天後早餐吃壞了兩個人。劇烈的腹痛、噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉。直接無法參與接下來的行程。早餐的雞湯麪的雞湯是臭的。避雷！！環境四周什麼都沒有！！到市中心還差不多40-50分鐘！真的避雷！！服務也很差，洗浴用品用完了不會給續上。完全不符合白天鵝的品牌形象！！
