I absolutely love Atour. The ambiance is simple, stylish, and impeccably clean. Their distinctive bedding is incredibly comfortable. But what truly stands out is the service – it's simply superb! The staff are always smiling and incredibly helpful. They even offer complimentary laundry service, washing and drying clothes before delivering them back to your room, which genuinely makes travelers feel at home and well-cared for. Atour has definitely become my preferred hotel for all my travels.

My stay here was truly wonderful! The hotel was impeccably clean and had a refreshing atmosphere throughout. Its location is fantastic, being close to Longyan South Road, which made getting around for errands and shopping incredibly convenient. The service was absolutely outstanding. The hotel's location is fantastic. There are many great restaurants near MixC Mall, and it's also very close to Longyan South Road Food Street, known for its authentic claypot porridge. Accessing all the delicious food Shantou has to offer was incredibly convenient.
I even tried a visible ear cleaning service right opposite the hotel, and it was absolutely spotless!
The front desk service was excellent; they thoughtfully provided a list of local specialty foods, and every single recommendation was spot on – no disappointments whatsoever. The staff, especially Longshe Lan and Bailu, were very genuine and went above and beyond to help with every request. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's very close to MixC Mall and Longyan South Road Pedestrian Street, and taxi rides to most areas only cost about a dozen yuan. Overall, I found the experience excellent. The service, cleanliness, and general ambiance were all superb. The room itself was quite spacious. I'm a big fan of Atour hotels, primarily because their pillows are so comfortable. This particular stay, however, truly impressed me with the generous size of the room, which I was extremely happy with.

Location: Excellent. Both MixC shopping mall and Longyan South Food Street are super convenient, perfect for exploring and dining.
Hotel Facilities: Up to Atour's standard. The facilities and amenities are comprehensive and comfortable. The self-service laundry room is very convenient, and there's also some basic gym equipment.
Service: Outstanding! They upgraded our room and granted a late check-out. The staff were polite, always smiling, and incredibly attentive and thoughtful.
The complimentary sour plum drink in the lobby was delicious – a lovely little surprise!

The location is excellent. It's incredibly close to both MixC City and Longyan South Road, making them easily accessible on foot, which was super convenient. Regarding service, since it was a weekend, only windowless double rooms were available when I made my reservation. The lobby itself has a pleasant aroma and features a spacious 'Bamboo Lounge' with a well-organized and comprehensive collection of books on all sorts of topics. Our room was spotless. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to The MixC mall, making it super easy to get anywhere. Longyan Road Food Street is also just around the corner. The in-room amenities were excellent. They even offer complimentary laundry and drying service, with everything delivered directly to your room.
