間酒店的實際體驗與宣傳有明顯落差。
雙床房雖與單床房面積相同，但實際使用空間相當侷促，洗手枱設計不良，使用時水花容易濺到床鋪。
預訂時顯示會附贈浸浴藥包，但入住後才發現雙床房型根本不配置浴缸（網站資訊標示不清），雖經反映後獲安排另一間有浴缸的房型，但已影響入住心情。

設施：就在萬象城附近，交通很方便，設計的很漂亮的房間，還有個小院子。就是這個季節太熱了，小院子待不住。
衞生：衞生不錯，收拾得挺乾淨的，有一次性的浴巾和普通的浴巾都有，給的用品很齊全。
服務：是有服務的民宿，可以高鐵機場接送，免費停車，停車場就在隔壁，還有送歡迎果盤和晚安燉盅。工作人員態度很好，好評。

這家名宿真的環境很好，出門就是萬象城，老闆人很好，有早餐，還有雞湯，衞生特別好，推薦的吃的都很好吃，下次來還住這家

房間不滿意，床墊太差，腰完全睡痛，空調聲音太大，轟隆隆的，廁所也是小得可憐，不側身都關不了門，設施跟價格不成正比。
