衞生無異味，設施齊全，從小區大門開始刷門禁進入，安全性好！視野開闊，離海灣很近，幾步路就到了。

位置對於汕頭來説比較偏僻，從小公園打的回民宿的時候，司機説怎麼會定在這麼垃圾的地方，我衹能尷尬的解釋説我喜歡安靜一點的地方。還有晚上沒人值班，給的密碼都不對，房東又換了幾次密碼給我，輸入好幾次才對，耽擱了好久。然後這次是我們一家三人一起住的，雖然定的是雙床房，但房東明知道我們是三個人，也沒有給準備三個人的用具，拖鞋、浴巾、牙刷等都是兩個人的。這點就感覺很不方便了。1.2米單人床睡兩個人有點擁擠，而且衹有一個枕頭，整晚都很難入睡，體驗感有點差。國慶期間雖然知道價格會比較貴，但服務沒跟上，確實對不起這個價。這次是我首次來到汕頭，第一站是在潮州住了兩天，對比之下，潮州的住宿不僅更便宜，服務也好很多，簡直是天壤之別。同樣是潮汕地區，但作為特區的汕頭感覺比較傲慢，消費也高出不少，但從吃住玩真的感覺潮州更勝一籌。

房間陽台景觀非常好，有一個無敵大海景，環境也很安靜，周邊也有一個大商場，枕頭太軟了，房間裏基本配套比如鍋之類的可以租的話就更好了。

非常差！一問：就是在一個高密度超高層住宅小區裏一個筒子樓，然後每個房間隨便裝修一下，就可以外租，而且美其名曰叫民宿，再假借一個能引人入勝的名字！就可以騙遊客的錢？！二問：為什麼評論區中好評配的圖片這麼唯美？為什麼差評不容易被看到？為什麼評分這麼高？！請攜程或店家出來解釋一下！！三問：店家自述文字和唯美假圖為什麼不審核就能上架？！完全與實物不符！！

房間很不錯，陽台外面的風景很不錯，房東很友好而且回覆很及時。小區環境綠化都OK，交通還可以，離輪渡碼頭不遠。
